StyleScan “the App” provides visualization tools for apparel in 2D and 3D formats “the Service” to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.
When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account: email address, store name, and store imagery. We do not collect any information about your customers once you have installed the App.
StyleScan will collect information on users of the App, including name, email address, imagery created using the App, also information about individuals who visit users’ Shopify stores such as IP address, web browser details, time zone, and information about cookies installed on their particular device.
We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual through their Shopify account, or using the following technologies: “Cookies” are data files that are placed on a user’s device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. StyleScan uses collected personal information from users and their customers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Additionally, this personal information is used to: communicate with users and optimize and improve the App. StyleScan will provide users with information or advertising relating to the App’s products or services. StyleScan will also collect information on how the App is used, time spent using the tools provided by the App, and sales conversion data following use of tools provided by the App.
We may share personal with our payment processor Stripe.
StyleScan may also share users’ Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information received, or to otherwise protect the company’s rights.
Behavioral Advertising as described above, StyleScan uses Personal Information to provide users with targeted advertisements or marketing communications believed to be of interest to users. Users may opt out of targeted advertising by: Stripe opt-out portal. Additionally, users can opt out of some of these services by visiting the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out portal.
European residents have the right to access personal information StyleScan holds about users and request their personal information to be corrected, updated, or deleted. If individuals would like to exercise this right, please contact StyleScan through the information below.
Additionally, StyleScan processes information of European residents in order to fulfill contracts of potential orders made through the site, or to otherwise pursue legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that user information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

When an order is placed through the site, StyleScan will maintain order information in its internal records for up to six (6) years unless asked to delete this information.
